Your HOA Dues

Dues are due on March 31 of each year. For 2023, dues are set at $450 per lot.

Late payments are subject to penalties which cannot be waived.

Payment can be made as follows:

IMPORTANT –By check to "Plymouth Commons Homeowners Association" at  P.O. Box 700904, Plymouth, MI 48170. You MUST  leave a message with your name and home address. Otherwise we may not be  able to process that you have paid.
